  • Manage end-to-end Healthcare procurement and purchase activities .
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for quality, price, and timely delivery.
  • Raise and process purchase orders as per requirements.
  • Maintain vendor database, quotations, contracts, and purchase records.
  • Coordinate with departments for material requirements and inventory planning.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and develop new suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, and Finance for invoice and payment processing.
