Sarvodaya’s Department for Interventional Cardiology focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases using minimally invasive procedures, such as catheter-based techniques, instead of open-heart surgeries.
These procedures are typically performed through a small incision or even a pin-hole in the skin, rather than a large incision in the chest, resulting in better patient outcomes, faster recovery, less blood loss and no damage to surrounding tissues and organs.
Our interventional cardiologists offer diagnostic services for Coronary & Peripheral Angiography (including radial access), DSA (Digital Subtraction Angiography), Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), Intra Vascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Paediatric Catheterization Study for Shunt calculation for ASD, VSD, PDA and more.
