Guidelines for Health Check-up  
 

  1. All health check ups are conducted after 8 am to facilitate the smooth process of your check-up.

  2. Approximate time for the completion of the entire check-up is 5-6 hours.

  3. Minimum of 12 hrs. fasting is necessary prior to the check-up. You are allowed to take plain water, but not other liquid such as tea, coffee or milk.

  4. Please bring all your earlier (within 1-3 years) medical records and medical accessories like glasses, hearing aid (if any) while coming for health check-up.

  5. We can provide additional tests/Investigations/Procedures/Consultations at request or if required. However, these will be billed separately in addition to the package amount.

  6. An authorization letter from your company (on panel) is required to avail if the services are paid for by the company.

  7. Please be informed that certain tests like X-rays are not to be done if you are pregnant.
     
  8. If you are wearing lenses, please remove them 2 days prior to Health Check and don’t forget to bring them along.

  9. Wear loose clothing, no jewellery and easily removable footwear.

  10. If you are on any regular medication as instructed by doctor, please bring them along while coming for Health Check-up.
             For other specific guidelines, fix an appointment with the concerned Doctor for smooth            operations.
   
 
Process for Health-Check-ups  
 
Step-1:- Reception
As soon as you arrive for the check-up after 8:00 am, you will be received at the reception desk. After billing, our staff will guide you to the concerned department.

Step-2:- Collection of Blood Sample 
You will be received at Laboratory for collection of first blood sample while on fasting.

Step-3:- Breakfast

You can have breakfast at the hospitals’s cafeteria.

Step-4:- Ultrasound Scan
For this you have to have a full urinary bladder. If your bladder is not full, you would be asked to drink water and wait for half an hour or so.

Step-5:- Chest X-Ray

Step-6:- ECG

Step-7:- Second blood sample for post prandial blood glucose.

Step-8:-
Any other Sample like Urine, Stool etc.

Step-9:- Any other investigation like Echo.

Step-10:- Physical Examination & Counselling by the doctor.
