Laboratory

A well designed and organized laboratory services at Sarvodaya Hospital has been established with a view to provide wide range of laboratory investigations, necessary for patient care. It consists of disciplines of Biochemistry, Haematology, Microbiology & Serology, Histopathology, hormone assay. All these disciplines provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of biological fluids such as blood, serum, tissue, urine, stool, CSF etc. for specific indications to provide support to various Clinicians.

Radiology & Imaging Services

The department of Radiology & Imaging Services provides comprehensive radiology services including body imaging, ultrasonography, X-ray. It is equipped with wipro GE Single Slice whole body CT Scanner, Wipro GE Logiq Pro Colour Doppler and Digital X-ray Set-up.

Unique Features

1. Whole body spiral CT- Scan for brain, chest, abdomen & whole body studies.
2. Routine & Special X-Rays like IVP, BariumStudies etc. by advanced Digital Imaging System.
3. 3D Ultrasonography having all probes for USG, Echo, Doppler, TVS & TRS.

Portable machines are at hand to provide imaging facilities especially in the Intensive Care Unit at the bed side. Due care is taken to ensure patient comfort, radiation safety and well being, during and after the procedures.

Cardiac Lab

The department of Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory is manned by senior cardiologists and other staff who render their services round the clock . The departments is fully equipped for non-invasive investigations like ECG, TMT & 2D Echo with colour clopper studies.
TMT and Echo can be done with an appointment or walk-in. The waiting time is minimal and typed reports are given next day.

Neurology

The department of Neurology has facility for investigation of disease affecting brain, spiral cord, muscles & nerves. The unit is equipped to carry out the following investigations.

1. EEG (Electroencepholography)

DISCLAIMERS:

At present, we don't have facilities for:

1. Radiotherapy and Oncology Services
2. Angiography and CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass graph - open heart surgeries)
and Permanent pacing of heart. (Facility for temporary pacing are available)

The above mentioned are planned for our future project.
